Right now, 33% of Ontarians are registered donors. A single donor can save up to eight lives and enhance up to 75 more lives through tissue donation. If you think you're already registered because you have an organ donor card, please check your registration status to make sure. You could one day help, even save, someone in need. My New Year's Resolution for 2019 is to encourage 1000 people to register to be organ donors, or to check their status. It's a bold goal, but this is a bold cause.
