Becoming an organ and tissue donor is one of the noblest acts one could perform. And for the roughly 1,500 Ontarians who are waiting for an organ transplant, it could also be a life-saving one. I created this page to encourage all of my family and friends to register their consent to become donors. Please take two minutes and register – you can do it right now, from the link on this page. You can also check to make sure you are registered, if you're not sure. It's a selfless act that could one day save eight lives and enhance 75 more through tissue donation. Let’s take up the challenge of getting more registered organ donors. I know that our community believes in organ and tissue donation because I know how strongly we believe in taking care of each other.
