In the spirit of "pitching-in" which Brooklin residents have done each spring since 2002 we are now asking that instead of trudging through mucky parks we are encouraging everyone, from the comfort of their own homes to spend 2-3 minutes online to register to donate their tissues and organs. Green Shirt Day is Apr 7 and is in remembrance of Logan Boulet whose selfless act of organ donation saved 6 lives following the shocking tragedy of the 2018 Humboldt Broncos bus crash. For the sacrifice of people like Logan and the bravery of Frontline Workers this is a BIG thing you can do (safely) that takes so little effort and time.
